Yes. A cardiologist review of your ECG247 test results can be requested directly via the app. Our experienced heart specialists carefully assess your recordings, and the completed report will be available securely within the app.
Important: The review only covers the ECG247 test results. Any additional examinations, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations must be obtained from your personal physician.

Yes. You can capture a heart rhythm recording at any moment by briefly pressing the button located in the center of the sensor. This feature allows you to document specific symptoms or events for more detailed analysis.
3. Can the battery be charged or replaced?
No. The ECG247 electrode patch and battery are single-use. However, the battery can be safely removed from the patch and recycled according to local electronic waste guidelines.
4. Can the sensor be re-used?
Yes. The ECG247 sensor is designed for multiple uses. Proper care ensures long-term functionality. When the electrode patch wears out, a replacement patch can be ordered from ECG247 without replacing the entire sensor.

1.1 Continuous Monitoring:
The Service provides continuous recording and analysis of your heart rhythm (ECG) for a specified period, which may include 24 hours, 7 days, or an ongoing subscription. This is conducted using a portable medical monitoring device (“Device”).
1.2 Device Ownership:
The Device remains the property of the Service Provider or its designated partners and is loaned to you exclusively for the purpose of receiving the Service.
1.3 Data Review:
Your ECG data is transmitted or uploaded securely to the Service Provider’s analysis center. Data is reviewed technically by trained personnel and, where necessary, clinically by a physician or cardiologist.
2.1 Device Care:
You are responsible for the proper care and safety of the Device, including:
Wearing: Keep the Device on as instructed by your healthcare provider.
Water Protection: Avoid exposing the Device and electrodes/patches to water unless specifically designed to be waterproof.
Avoid Interference: Limit exposure to strong electrical or magnetic fields (e.g., high-voltage wires, magnets, or certain appliances).
2.2 Symptom and Activity Diary:
Maintain an accurate log of your activities and any symptoms (e.g., chest pain, palpitations, dizziness), including the exact time they occur. This helps correlate your experiences with the ECG data for accurate analysis.
2.3 Return of Device:
You must promptly return the Device to the Service Provider at the end of the monitoring period or immediately upon cancellation of the Service.
3.1 Service Fees:
You agree to pay the stipulated fee for the Service, whether for a fixed monitoring period or an ongoing subscription, as agreed at the time of booking or enrollment.
3.2 Device Replacement Fee:
You are responsible for the full replacement cost of the Device if it is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear while in your possession.
4.1 Diagnostic Purpose Only:
The Service is intended for monitoring and diagnostic purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation or emergency care.
4.2 No Emergency Response:
The Service does not provide real-time emergency monitoring or dispatch services. In a medical emergency (e.g., severe chest pain, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness), you must contact local emergency services immediately.
4.3 Review Timeframe:
While critical data may be flagged quickly, a full clinical report will be issued to your physician only after the monitoring period is complete and all data has been analyzed.
4.4 Warranty:
The Service Provider warrants that the Service and Device will be provided with reasonable care and skill. No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided.
